What are we trying to accomplish?

• As an Organization
• We are trying to provide a community run
  soccer program that allows local children to
  participate in a healthy outdoor activity that is
  closer to home than currently available

Proposed for Soccer 2003 (10 weeks 1 night)

• Either Monday or Wednesday June 2 thru August 4th
  (7 830 PM)
• We will play at Kilbride School
• There will be 4 mixed divisions
• Born (97/98)(95/96)(93/94)(90/91/92)
• We would like to have up to 4 teams in each
  division (requires 14 coaches)

Proposed Format for Soccer 2003

• (97/98) Will all play on one night and will
• practice as a group, having coachs work
  together (similar to soccer night)
• (96/95) Should this be the first age for team
  play?? Vs Soccer night??
• (93/94) and (90/91/92) will play a team format
  provide registration can warrant a minimum of
  teams , otherwise will revert to soccer night

COACHES

• We Must have coaches (14) so we can plan teams
  for 2003
• I will not be coaching this year, so I can be
  available to help new coaches
• I will hold coaching sessions prior to the season
  to help out those first time volunteers if
  necessary
• We need your help to ensure the continued success
  of Kilbride Soccer

Sponsors

• Sponsorship is estimated at 250 PER TEAM
• Our VP Sponsorships will finalize program
• It allows you as a local company to give back to
  the community as a thank you to some of your
  customers.
• It lets the employees of your company who live
  in the community feel good about there employer.
• We will print your name on Uniforms

Executives

• All organizations need volunteers to co-ordinate
  things so the kids can have a good experience
  with organized sport
• Currently we have 5 positions confirmed.

• This is however not enough to run the organization

Executives

• We need the following positions filled
• Secretary too take minutes, set-up meetings and
  coordinate communication between board members
• Recruiter too follow-up on volunteers and to
  ensure we utilize what they are offering. Also to
  make calls and try to encourage participation
  (particularly Coaching)
• VP Uniforms to coordinate quoting of uniforms
  and equipment as well as sizing and printing
• Advertising to create and post news
