It is designed to permit each viewer time to
move at their own pace throughout the entire
program. When a page has fully loaded, you may
move to the next page by simply tapping once on
the left button of your mouse. Please allow
adequate time for each page to complete before

- Single click on Inbox in Folder List

- To check for new email, click on Send and
receive
Program will automatically connect to the server
and check for new email download any new
communications and highlight the new listings in
bold at the top of your inbox list.
As you click on each listing, the contents of
each email will be displayed on the bottom half
of your screen.

- After you have read your email,
- you can .
- Delete it simply highlight the subject in your
inbox and press the Delete key on your computer
keyboard - For reply or forward, please continue

- Reply or Reply to all Click on Reply or Reply to
All (If the message was sent to more than one
person) button

- Reply or Reply to All A new screen appears and
you may begin typing your added message to the
original.
Your added message will appear at the top of
the original message.
When you have completed your additional message,
just click on File in the Menu bar and then click
on Send.
Please Note Your message will not be sent at
this time. It is placed in your Outbox for
sending when you have completed all your email
writing efforts. (More about this later on.)

- Forward To send a copy of a message that has
been received simply click on Forward,
1. Fill in the new email address of the person
you wish to forward it to, and
2. If you wish, you may add an additional
message. When completed, just click on File in
the Menu bar and then click on Send.

sending when you have completed all your email

- To create a new message ...
Click on the New Message Icon (looks like Two
envelopes) located below File

Type the recipients email address into the To Box
When completed, use the Tab key to move to the
Subject box and type in a word or phrase
Press the Tab key once more and you are now
ready to type your email message
When completed, just click on File in the Menu
bar and then click on Send.

sending when you have completed all your email

- To Send an email of any type ...
When you have prepared all of your email (Reply
or Forward or New Messages) and are
finally ready to send,click on Send and
Receive and all emails are sent and the
program will also check to see if you have any
new messages.

- How to open an attached file ...
If you receive an email with an attached file,
you will see a paper clip appear on the
email bar.
If you click on the paper clip, a small box
will drop down with the name of the file(s).
Simply double click on the file and it will open
in MS Word for you to read or edit.

After completing your email, go to the Menu bar
and click on Insert. Slide down the menu and
click on File which brings up the Insert File
window.
- How to attach a file to an email ...
Select the File you wish to attach to your email
by highlighting it and then click OK to the right
of the Window.
You have attached a file or repeat as needed to
send several files. Caution Some email servers
will only permit up to 2 mb of info to be
transferred.

- How to add a signature
- Click on Tools in the Menu Bar
- Slide down the open menu and click on Options
- Click on Mail Format tab
- In the top section (Message
- Format) go to the drop down
- box and choose Plain Text
- Go to bottom (Signature) and
- type email, click on Signature
- picker and

- Type email at the cursor
- Click on Next at the bottom of
- the window

Now each time you send an email your basic
information goes with it automatically
