Personalisation and transforming the workforce

    directed support

    gain

development/ team learning/ who is the team?
  • Preparation/implementation/evaluation and ongoing
    learning

7
What is needed for Change
  • If we really want change to be effective there
should be a natural integral link between
workforce planning, workforce development and the
outcomes for people who use services.
  • This should be an ongoing form of development,
that puts people who use services in the centre
and optimises all our resources both human and
financial in the best possible way.

8
Skills for Care ntow vision
  • Work re-design that inspires people to provide
support differently and challenge their own
    assumptions about their role.
  • Is what I do relevant and appropriate to the way
people tell us they want to be supported, and
have their support provided now and in the
    future?
