  • Many changes in federal and state laws,
    including Subtitle D, AB 1220, Title 27, Tiered
    Regs
  • Permit Desk Manuals rescinded in 1997.
  • Working group of LEAs, operators, and Board
    staff drafted Table of Contents, and Draft RDSI
    Guidance in 1998.

    solicit comments and evaluate potential layouts.
  • 4) Collect best practices examples (such as
    permits, terms and conditions, transmittal
    letters, RFIs).
