- New proposals requesting new dollars NOT
associated with an existing contract or grant - Proposal supplements requesting additional new
dollars - Proposals for incoming subcontracts. Negotiate
and sign incoming subcontracts only if the
subcontract is attached to the eIPF in RAMSeS - Prime contracts (federal, industry, State)
- Small business plans
- Master Agreements and the first task order if
attached to the proposal for the Master
Agreement. This will include negotiation and
signing both the Master Agreement and the first
task order. Subsequent task orders will be
negotiated and signed by Award Management - Continuation proposals
