YEAR END LABELS

• Year end labels should be printed after grade
  card processing is complete for the school year.
• Year end labels are run using the non custom
  format of the R700. This is the same format
  which is used to run report cards.

• The marks information will be pulled from current
  marks to print on labels
• for permanent record folders.

PRINTING LABELS

• We strongly urge you to practice printing these
  labels before year end to make sure they are
  lined up correctly and are pulling the correct
  information.
• There are 2 options for printing labels in order
  to get them to line up properly on the labels.

PRINTING LABELS (2X4)

• Option 1
• After you have submitted the report, go to file,
  print, choose NONE on page scaling uncheck the
  auto rotate center. These are the same
  instructions for running address labels from the
  R101

PRINTING LABELS

• OPTION 2
• If you have adobe acrobat installed on your
  machine, set your margins on the formatter as
  follows left margin .30 top margin .25, submit
  the report and save your report on your desktop
  or in your documents. Open adobe acrobat, open
  your report, click on the word (pages) to the
  left of the screen.
• Click on Options, choose crop pages, set bottom
  margin to .50 right margin to .25, click OK.
• Print your labels.
