• Will the proposed approach deliver a fit for
  purpose NGN successor product to Wholesale Line
  Rental? If not, what changes would be needed?
• What additional features and functions should be
  available, over and above those from existing WLR
  products?
• How would signalling access to BTWs Call Servers
  be most efficiently provided, taking into account
  requirements for managing resilience and
  flexibility on these paths?
• How should AGCF costs be recovered?
• What specific requirements for OSS and process do
  you have for this type of service?
• What mechanisms would be needed to protect CP
  networks and systems?
• What are your requirements for the routing of
  voice calls supported by the proposed service?
• What are your views on the relative long term
  desirability of MSAN vs. Metro Node Service
  Interconnect?
• Would you expect to use the proposed product to
  replicate PSTN services or to offer some other
  form of voice service?
• Would you expect an NGN WLR product to mainly
  substitute for existing WLR lines or to drive new

• How would the cost of carrying calls to an MSAN
