Wise Living Ephesians 515-21

1. Walk in WISDOM. Therefore be careful how
you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making
the most of your time, because the days are evil.
So then do not be foolish, but understand what
the will of the Lord is.

We have not received the spirit of the
world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may
understand what God has freely given us. The
man without the Spirit does not accept the things
that come from the Spirit of God, for they are
foolishness to him, and he cannot understand
them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But we have the mind of Christ. 1
Corinthians 212,14,16 If any of you lacks
wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously
to all without finding fault, and it will be
given to him.
James 15

2. The POWER SOURCE of the believers
walk.   And do not get drunk with wine, for
that is dissipation, but be filled with the
Spirit vs. 18

Colossians316 Let the word of Christ richly
dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and
admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and
spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in
your hearts to God.

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not
carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh
sets its desire against the Spirit, and the
Spirit against the flesh for these are in
opposition to one another, so that you may not do
the things that you please.

Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which
are immorality, impurity, sensuality,
20idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy,
outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions,
factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and
things like these, of which I forewarn you, just
as I have forewarned you, that those who practice
such things will not inherit the kingdom of
God.   But the fruit of the Spirit is love,
joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness, gentleness, self-control

Spirit.   speaking to one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making
melody with your heart to the Lord vs 19
  always giving thanks for all things in the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God, even the
Father vs. 20   and be subject to one another
in the fear of Christ. vs. 21
