David Whyte When you live on the outer edge, the
what you think is you are having a dialogue with
what is not you - thats where you as a person

    questioned, but never their love.

    feedback. In negative feedback we return to the
    state as a child.
  • Alas showing who we really are is the most
    difficult thing in the world, as our belief
    system is based on questioning from our parents.
  • IOT navigate in chaos, go out of control and use
    the learning's I'll give you.
  • That is why we drink and it shows up when we are
    drunk!

  • If something catches your eye and you turn around
    after it. It is experiences outside ourselves
    that is interesting for your inside. This is
    flirting!
  • Be aware to analyse your body symptoms. When you
    know how to interpret it you will understand
    yourself better.

  • Consensus reality (CR) the reality we all agree
    upon (unknown in i.e. Mars)
  • Problems start when we state that something is
    the norm and we put other things aside.

Example
  • - If you talk about a problem, and dont do
    anything about it, the problems stays and circles
    around in the ID!
  • Instead go out into the experience. The only way
    you can step through the unconscious is through
    the body.
  • Through understanding where you are in life,
    your dreams and your body symptoms (what makes
    the symptom), you can solve the problem/issue.

  • How are you a leader for yourself
  • When you recognize how you react to
    incidents/problems, then you can transend
    yourself from being a part/take a part of the
    problems

  • Every time you procrastinate you experience
    conflict between your unconscious and your ID
  • If you procrastinate too long youll develop
    addictive tendencies. If you get a fix another
    way it makes status quo more bearable.
  • The more substances you take IOT to go to the
    unconscious, the lesser you get of the real
    experience - You are not dealing with your
    problem.
  • In creativity you pay the price first and get the
    awards after. In addictions/entertainments you
    get the award up front - and pays afterwards...

  • What we marginalize within ourselves and dont
    get space will always seek towards an expression
    (i.e. Addictions).
  • Addictions keeps us from what we crave for in
    life
  • When we take a substance were healing the
    fragmentation within ourselves.
