What are the attributes of collaborative
leadership?
  • Ability to create an environment where all
    stakeholders work together toward a shared
    vision.
  • Create an environment that facilitates the
    development of trust, open communication and
    sharing of power.
  • Leaders incorporate resisters into the
    process.Separate departments tend to communicate
    infrequently and often have no true understanding
    of one another.
  • Delegation, teamwork and organizational
    participation.
  • Leadership is needed for problems that do not
    have easy answers.

    identify strategies to address concerns, support
    for each other as these strategies are
