Front Pages
  • The 1st page should be client-centered
  • In particular the 1st page should include the
    title of the report in terms that make sense to
    the client
  • The 1st page can include the team logo
  • The 2nd page should be about the team and the
    class

  • The 3rd page should be the Cover Letter.
  • It should cut to the chase, but say something
    important.
  • Wheres the meat?
  • The 4th page should be the Executive Summary.
  • The meat and potatoes.
  • It further entices the reader to read on it
    provides more granularity but is not a full
    blown summation.
  • It should include the good news and the bad news
    and how things were resolved.

  • Everything you say in the feasibility studies
    needs to be stated somewhere in the prior pages.
  • Dont create new assumptions or pop up new facts.
  • Again, you may have to revise the Middle Pages to
    do this right.
  • Dont rewrite the Middle Section in the Last
    Pages. . . Put things where they belong and then
    refer to them.
