- School Training Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 730
am to 10 am - Acclimates your body for the demands of football
- Vacations are excused

- Our program trains the proper energy system for
football through running, lifting, agilities, and
stretching. - Not training the proper energy system (6-8 weeks)
prior to the start of padded practices has led to
cases of injuries, heat illnesses, and other life
threatening situations due to the body not being
ready for the demands of football.
