- To continue positioning the Colombian E-Apostille
among the contracting countries in consultation
with the Permanent Bureau of The Hague
Conference. - To inform widely the particularities of the PDF
file when verifying the E-Apostille in
consultation with the Permanent Bureau of The
Hague Conference. - To continue with the second phase of the
E-Apostille implementation, towards the issuing
of e-apostilles for electronic public documents - To work with the different entities inviting them
to produce their e-documents to be e-apostilled
(on demand)
7CONCLUSIONS
- Colombia will continue producing E-Apostilles.
- Colombia will enhance its technology to improve
the operation of the Apostille Convention. - Colombia hopes to clarify and assure the validity
of the digital signature in consultation with the
Permanent Bureau of The Hague Conference.
