1. Manage Accounts

• Options
• Generate Pre-Paid Cards
• i) To generate new account ids
• Manage Cards/Accounts
• i) To download the account ids generated
• ii) To search details of existing account id
• Recharge Accounts using Recharge Coupons
• i) To recharge any existing account id with
  recharge coupon.

Generate Pre-Paid Cards

• You need to fill up the below form to generate
  recharge coupons.
• Select the Pre-Paid Plan from the drop down menu.
• Enter number of accounts.
• Enter the card value (enter 100 for 100 card).
• Enter the service charges as zero (if you dont
  want any service charges)
• Valid For Days / Valid UpTo these fields will
  be set by us at the time of generating the plan
• for you.
• Description here you can mention any remarks
  (if required).
• Select Group you can select the option single
  user account or multi user account.
• Click on Generate

Once you click on Generate the below screen
will appear with order details

Manage Cards/Accounts

• To download the account ids generated
• Select the Batch ID generated from the drop down
  menu.
• Itll show all the batches generated by you.
  Batch id can be identified by
• date of generation.
• Click on Show

Batch Details

• Once you click on Show itll show the below
  screen.
• It will show batch details (batch number, rate
  sheet, value etc.)
• Click on batch number (blue link coming under
  batch heading)

• itll show the below screen.
• It will show all the account id details (account
  id, pin, value etc.). You can
• either copy the details from here or you can
  download the complete batch
• in excel format from screen 1 (there is one
  download button)
• If you further click on any account id itll
  show the complete details of that
• particular account id (as shown in next sheet)

Recharge Account using Recharge Coupons
From here you can add funds in any of your
existing account id with the help of recharge
coupon.

Generate Pre-Paid Recharge Coupon Cards

• You need to fill up the below form to generate
  recharge coupons.
• Select the Pre-Paid Plan from the drop down menu.
• Enter number of accounts (this will generate
  recharge coupons only)
• Enter the card value (enter 100 for 100 card).
  You can either select the standard denomination
  
• set by us OR you can generate as per your
  requirement.
• Enter the service charges as zero (if you dont

3. Call Detail Reports (CDRs)

• Options
• Current CDRs from here you can check call
  details only for last
• 12 36 hours.
• All CDRs from here you can check the complete
  call details (apart
• from last 12 36 hours, which is available in
  Current CRDs link)

• From here you can check call details only for
  last 12 36 hours.
• You can check the call details for any
  Sub-Retailer, Batch ID, Account ID,
• Destination vise, IP vise or Call Duration
  vise.
• You need to enter any of the field (as per your
  requirement) and click on

• From here you can check the complete call details
  (apart from last 12 36 hours,
• which is available in Current CRDs link)
• You can check the call details for any
  Sub-Retailer, Batch ID, Account ID,
• Destination vise, IP vise, Call Duration vise

• You need to enter any of the field (as per your
  requirement) and click on
• Display CDR

4. Manage Sub-Retailer

• Options
• Create Sub-Retailer you can create sub-retailer
  under you
• Edit Sub-Retailer to make changes in any
  existing Sub-Retailer
• Sub-Retailer Payment to update Sub-Retailers
  balance

Create Sub-Retailer

• To create Sub-Retailer you need to fill up the
  below form.
• Note
• Mention discount as zero. (as our panel works
  on bonus criteria)
• You can not create any rate plan from this panel.
  Youll be having access only to those rate
• plans which has been provide to you by us.
• Once the Sub-Retailer is created you will get
  his login details on the same screen.

Edit Sub-Retailer

• From here you can make changes to any of your
  existing Sub-Retailers.
• Select the Sub-Retailer and click on Search.
• On the next screen itll show you the complete
  details of that Sub-Retailer.
• Make the changes and submit the request.

Sub-Retailer Payment

• From here you can add funds in your
  Sub-Retailers panel.
• Select the Sub-Retailer ID.
• Enter recharge amount Credit / Debit
• Click on Add
• Note At the bottom of this form, itll show you
  the total payment transactions done by you.

5. Manage Retailer

• Options
• Balance you can check the balance of your panel
• Change Password you can change the password of
  your panel

Other Details
1. To Find out details of any existing account id

• From the Main Menu go to Manage Accounts
• Then go to Manage Cards/Accounts
• Select the Account Number button and enter the
  account number for which you want
• to check the details.
• OR
• You can search by Batch Id or Account Name as
  well. Account name you give while
• registering the account id.
• Click on Show. Itll show you the details of
  that particular account id.

2. To Find out details of any existing recharge
id

• From the Main Menu go to Manage Recharge
  Coupons
• Then go to Manage Recharge Coupon
  Cards/Accounts
• Select the Coupon Id button and enter the
  coupon id for which you want to check the
• details.
• OR
• You can search by Coupon Batch or
  Sub-Retailer as well.
• Click on Show. Itll show you the details of
  that particular coupon id.

3. Registration of account id

• The account ids created need to be registered
  before using them.
• To register the account id you need to log on to
  http//cdr.net4india.com/
• Enter the account id and pin (which you want to
  register) and click on Login.
• Itll open a form (as per below screen shot). You
  need to fill up this form and
• Submit. You will get the successful message on
  the same screen.
• Note You can make calls with the account id
  once it is registered.
