1. Manage Reseller
  • Options
  • Create Reseller to create a new reseller (usage
    based)
  • Edit Reseller to make the changes in existing
    reseller
  • Reseller Payment to add funds in reseller panel
  • Child CDRs to check per call profit details
  • Carriers for Resellers this link is only for
    our use
  • Child Usage to check total usage and profit
    details
  • View Reseller Distribution Limit to check how
    much distribution limit has
  • been given to any reseller.
  • View Reseller List to view the list of your
    existing resellers

Create Reseller
To create a reseller you need to fill up the
below form. While filling up the form please
take care of the following Deposit Amount
whatever amount you will mention here will go as
security so your reseller will not be able to
use that amount. Suggestion always put 0 (zero)
or 1 Credit - whatever you will mention
here your reseller will be able to generate
cards only upto that of his available funds.
Suggestion always put 100 here so that the
reseller can utilize total 100 of his
funds. Distribution Limit - this is to set
card generation limit for your reseller. Let say
if you want your reseller can generate cards 3
times of his available funds then here you have
to mention 200 (as it counts 100 also which was
mentioned in credit ) and if you want him to
give card generation access upto 2 times of his
funds available then mention 100 here.

Edit Reseller
From here you can make changes in any of the
existing reseller.

Reseller Payment
  • From here you can add funds in panel of your
    reseller.
  • Select the Reseller ID.
  • Enter the Amount, Date and Payment Type.
    Description if required.
  • Click on Add
  • Once you click on Add on the same screen it
    will show you the updated
  • payment status (just below the payment form).

Child CDRs
  • From here you can check the call details of all
    the pre-paid account ids
  • Generated by your reseller.
  • Select the Reseller ID
  • Select the date range and click on view.
  • It will show the call details as shown in the
    next sheet.

  • This link is only for our use.
  • That is why access to this link is not been given
    to any Reseller.

Child Usage
  • From here you can check your profitability in
    terms of usage.
  • This report will show the total amount deducted
    (against his usage) and
  • How much has been deducted for you (against that
    usage). The difference
  • Would be your profit.
  • Select the Reseller ID
  • Select the date range and click on view.
  • It will show the details as shown in the next
    sheet.

Child Usage - Format
  • Once you click on View it will show the details
    as shown below
  • Usage is the total amount charged to your
    reseller
  • Usage By Parent Carriers - is the total amount
    charged to your reseller
  • Minutes are the total minutes consumed by your
    reseller.

View Reseller Distribution Limit
  • From here you can cross check how much
    distribution limit you have given
  • To your reseller.
  • Distribution limit - means upto how much amount
    your reseller can generate
  • Cards. The same was explained while creating new
    reseller. (Sheet 4)
  • To see the details
  • Select the reseller and click on Search

View Reseller List
  • From here you can check the list of Resellers
    created by you. It will also
  • Show the list of Retailers created by your
    Resellers.
  • Once you click View Reseller List on the first
    screen it will show details of
  • your panel (as shown below)
  • Click on your Reseller ID to check the list of
    Resellers under you.
  • Once you click on Reseller ID it will show the
    details as shown in next sheet.

2. Post Paid Accounts
From here you can generate Post Paid account
ids. Options Create Customer Edit

Create Customer
To create a post paid account id first you need
to create a customer. You need to fill up the
below form to create a customer Please take
care of the following Deposit Amount / Credit
- same as explained while creation of Reseller
(Sheet 4)

Edit Customer
From here you can make changes in any of the
existing customer id (created for postpaid
account)

Manage Accounts
  • From here you can check the details of any
    existing post paid account id.
  • Enter the Customer ID or Account ID
  • Click on Show
  • It will show the details as shown in next sheet.

Manage Accounts Further Details
Once you click on Show it will the show below
details Charges are the amount charged to
that postpaid account. To Pay are the charges
which has been charged to you. Profit is your
profit on that particular account id.

Assign Account to Customer
  • Once the customer is created for postpaid
    account. You need to assign
  • Postpaid account id to him.
  • Select the Customer ID from the drop down menu.
  • Select the Service as Business VoIP
  • Enter your Gateway IP
  • Select Group 30 / 60 / 100 lines
  • Click on Assign Account
  • Once you click on Assign Account it will show
    you new account id details
  • on the same screen.
  • Once you have the new postpaid account id with
    you you need to send to us
  • For activation.

  • Options
  • Create Rate Sheet Edit Rate Sheet
  • Add Rates Edit Rates
  • View Rates
  • Note Here only View Rates link will work as
    rest of the links well
  • Manage from here.

View Rates
  • From here you can view rates of any particular
    rate sheet.
  • Select the Rate Sheet
  • Enter the Country Code or Country Name. Click on
    View.
  • It will show details shown in the next sheet.
  • OR
  • If you want to list the complete rate sheet then
    dont enter Country Code
  • or Country Name. Just select the Rate Sheet and
    click on View.

  • From here you can check your profitability for
    any Pre-Paid account id or
  • Post-Paid account id.
  • Note Customer ID box is for Post-Paid Account
    and Account ID box is for
  • Pre-Paid Account.

    Account ID (Pre-Paid Account).
  • Select the Date and click on View
  • Once you click on View it will show your profit
    details as shown
  • in next sheet.

Retailer Payment
  • From here you can add funds in your retailers
    panel.
  • Select the Retailer ID
  • Enter the recharge amount.
  • Select Credit button to add the payment and
    Debit button to deduct the payment
  • from his panel.
  • If you want you can mention your remarks in
    Description box.
  • Click on Add. It will show the updated list of
    payment details on the same screen
  • (in the below section of the payment form).

  • Options
  • Manage Cards/Accounts from here you can
    download the details of
  • account ids / batch ids created or can search
    details of existing account ids
  • / batch ids
  • Recharge Accounts Using Recharge Coupons from
    here you can
  • recharge your existing account ids with the
    help of recharge coupons.

Manage Cards / Accounts
  • To download the account ids generated
  • Select the Retailer ID.
  • Select the Batch ID generated from the drop down
    menu. Itll show all the
  • batches generated by you. Batch id can be
    identified by date of generation.
  • Click on Show
  • OR to find out details of any existing
    account id
  • Select the Account Number button. Enter the
    account id in that box and
  • click on Show.

  • Once you click on Show itll show the below
    screen.
  • It will show batch details (batch number, rate
    sheet, value etc.)
  • Click on batch number (blue link coming under
    batch heading)

    id, pin, value etc.). You can
  • either copy the details from here or you can
    download the complete batch

    show the complete details of that
  • particular account id (as shown in next sheet)

Recharge Accounts Using Recharge Coupons
From here you can add funds in any of your
existing account id with the help of recharge
coupon.

Add Retailer
  • To create Retailer you need to fill up the below
    form.
  • Note
  • Select the Pre-Paid Plan from Available Pre-Paid
    Plans.
  • Mention discount as zero. (as our panel works
    on bonus criteria)
  • Click the ADD button (which is just above the
    Remove button).
  • Then click on ADD button (which is at the bottom
    of the form)
  • Once the Retailer is created you will get his
    login details on the same screen.

Modify Retailer
  • From here you can make changes to any of your
    existing Retailer.
  • Select the Retailer and click on Search.
  • On the next screen itll show you the complete
    details of that Retailer.
  • Make the required changes and click on Update.

Retailer Sales
  • From here you can check the complete list of
    account ids generated and
  • usage of the account ids.
  • Select the Retailer and click on View
  • On the next screen it will show the details as
    per shown in next sheet.

  • Note
  • Sale amount is the initial value (account id
    generated value) of the
  • account id.
  • Account Current Balance is the balance left in
    the account id.

Manage Recharge Coupons Cards/ Accounts
  • From here you can download the recharge coupons
    generated by your
  • Sub-Reseller or can find out the details of
    existing recharge coupon.
  • Select Sub-Reseller and Retailer
  • Select the Coupon Batch ID generated from the
    drop down menu.
  • Itll show all the batches generated by you.
    Batch id can be identified by
  • date of generation.
  • Click on Show
  • On the next screen itll show the coupon details
    as shown in next sheet.

  • It is showing batch details (batch number, rate
    sheet, value etc.)
  • Click on batch number (blue link coming under
    batch heading)

    itll show the complete details
  • of that particular recharge coupon.

10. Change Personal Information
  • From here you can change your settings (name /
    address / phone no.)
  • Make the changes and click on Modify

11. Rates Applies On Me
  • From here you can cross check the rates applied
    to you.
  • Mention the Country Code or the Country Name
    and click on View
  • It will show the details as shown on the next
    sheet.
  • OR
  • If you want to see the complete rate list then
    dont enter any details on
  • this page. Just click on View. Itll show you
    the complete rate list.
