• Federal Student Aid embarked on a major business
  and systems reengineering effort
• As part of this effort, developed a Target State
  Vision (TSV)

• Federal Student Aids Enterprise Data Management
  team will work with the PESC change control board
  to modify or add the workgroup approved data
  elements
• Establish in the XML Registry and Repository (XML
  RR) a common definition for data attributes that
  Federal Student Aid and the FFEL Community
  exchange

• Federal Student Aid is in the process of
  acquiring a single system to replace the
• Debt Management Collection System (DMCS)
• TPD - Conditional Discharge Disability Tracking
  System (CDDTS)

  deficiencies and provide robust capabilities for
  both internal and external stakeholders
