with the Vernon Public Schools Adult Education

East Windsor residents are now able to access a
more extensive range of educational and
enrichment offerings than ever before. This
partnership has also benefited the district due
to Vernon supplying a number of computer stations
and a printer for the Adult Education program.

5Whats New With East Windsor Adult Education...
East Windsors Adult Education Program has gone
through some major changes in the past one and a
half years besides our new partnership with
Vernon.
- First of all, the brochure has been redesigned
and reflects a more professional appearance. It
is now digitized and professionally printed. - Another major improvement to the program is that
many new enrichment classes are now being offered
along with new instructors added to teach these
courses. Last term, we were able to offer a total
of 31 Adult Personal Enrichment classes. This is
quite an increase from the 2005 brochure in which
8 enrichment classes were offered. New classes
and instructors are being added each term. With
the increase in exposure and interest, more
instructors continue to contact us to be included
in our program of studies. Vernon and Windsor
Locks have expressed interest in sharing
instructors with East Windsor. - New classes currently proposed for the Fall 2007
term include Pilates, Health Wellness, Career
Changing, Resume Building, Excel, PowerPoint,
Line Dancing, and Hunter Safety Classes.
