• 14 Societies have joined the EMC, and have
  representatives on TMC BoG
• AES, BTS, CAS, Comm, CS, EDS, IES, LEOS, PCS,
  Rel, SPS, SMC, SSC, VTS
• First BoG meeting held February 2nd and 3rd
• Organization
• 14 governors and 6 officers
• SSCS reps on a 2 year term, new rep in odd
  years (2011)
• Initial appointment for 3 years
• Direction setting

• Maintain Transactions and EM Review (revenue
  generators)
