• We have to constantly re-evaluate who our
  students are and what courses and services they
  need. For us. . .

In 2004 (from survey)

• 72 were female
• 52 of our students were married
• 55 had children (92 of these had children 12
  and under)
• 69 were between 21 and 40
• 41 were African American

• What do we mean by independent study today?
• In our case, the lines between independent study
  and on-line courses seem to be blurred. On-line
  doesnt necessarily mean independent and
  independent doesnt necessarily mean on-line.
