MHSW Program
- SO currently finalizing procurement strategy to
manage transition from Phase 1 to Consolidated
Plan - Contract with service providers to optimize
collection, transportation, consolidation and
processing services. - Collection Services REOI to both municipal and
non-municipal organizations.

depots are backbone of collection programs - SO intends to work with individual municipalities
to determine nature and type of appropriate
