6Return of Testing Materials Overview
- Return a book for all enrolled students whether
tested or not (return 2 books at 4, 8, and 10 for
each student) - Save boxes that tests came in
- Separate to be scored from not to be scored
books - Register for online retrieval by December 3,
2007

- Grades 4, 8, 10 have 2 books for each student
package them together make sure each student
has 2 books, with labels (even if they werent
tested) - Register for online retrieval by December 3, 2007
- Calibration districts return materials as soon as
possible after testing.

13On-Line Retrieval System
- Finish packing your materials before registering
for pickup of Used and Unused test materials. - Go to http//programs.ctb.com/WKCE
- (URL is case sensitive)
- Districts must sign on using 4-digit district
number.

- Districts registering for online retrieval
- Districts must sign on using 4-digit district
number. - The District Contact name must be entered.
- Must enter District Contact Email Address.
- All test materials must be packaged.
- Total of boxes to be returned must be entered.

- Sign on using the 4-digit District Number, then
4-digit School Number (Example 01470007). - The School Contact name must be entered.

- Packaging of all test materials must be

System
Schools must enter the 4 digit District number
followed by their 4 digit School number (NO GAPS)

- Schools should call their District Assessment
Coordinator (DAC) or refer to the Wisconsin
Public School Directory for their 4 digit school
number.

Enter the total number of boxes to be picked up
and hit submit

20On-Line Retrieval System - Confirmation
- On-Line Retrieval System will confirm of boxes
registered for pickup once submitted. - Confirmation may be printed kept for records.
- In addition to the confirmation page, you will
receive an email confirming your pickup.
21On-Line Retrieval System
- Drivers will bring shipping labels only for of
boxes entered into Online Retrieval System. - 10 entered 10 labels.

- Boxes to be returned but not registered will not
be picked up separate registration will be
needed. - Boxes will be picked up by UPS or Conway within
two days of on-line registration.
22Retrieval of Materials
- Verify the number of boxes picked up
- Keep the receipts
- If you discover a test book after pick up - you
must go through the online retrieval system again.
23 On-Line Retrieval System
- Districts/Schools must ensure that boxes are
accessible to the drivers and that someone is
present for pickup. - Districts/Schools experiencing problems with the
On-Line Retrieval System should call the
Wisconsin Help Desk at 1-800-282-2203.
