What does it require?

• Passion about what it is you are advocating
  for/about.
• Desire to be a change agent.
• Make certain it is meaningful in the big picture
  and will impact a large or specific group of
  people. Dont be vague.
• Be prepared with information, not just an ideas
  for a piece of legislation.
• Find the right sponsors try for bipartisan
  sponsorship and geographic diversity in
  sponsorship
• Remember that Colorado General Assembly is
  comprised of Citizen legislators.

• Loads of money
• Connections
• Fear
• Good Looks
• Celebrity status
• Feeling Intimidated
• College degrees in science or anything else for
  that matter
• Cable TV (or a satellite dish)
• Fear
• Hi-tech gadgets, etc. etc., etc.
• Feeling intimidated
• Fear . . .
