GOALS
- Develop soil and water management measures that
prevent economic losses and sustain agriculture. - Promote concept that water management is an issue
of land management. - Enhance water quality
- Promote watershed management education.
- Ensure adequate water supply to meet in-stream
flow needs, as well as domestic and agricultural
use. - Collect hydrologic data and monitor flows.
- Maintain and enhance wildlife habitat and
diversity throughout the basin. - Enhance recreational opportunities, including
eco-tourism and agri-tourism, and promote
economic development of the region.
