- NCCC contracted with Public Research and
Evaluation Services (PRES) to conduct a query
with CSHCN Directors regarding the extent to
which cultural and linguistic competence was
incorporated into program policies, practices and
activities. - Twenty-nine of a possible 53 respondents
completed the survey and/or were interviewed
