  • Recommend to get at least 3 bids
  • Installer whom is chosen to do the work will
    contact JCED to inform when work will be
    completed
  • At this time, a repair inspection will be
    scheduled

Once Approved . . .
  • Expect at least 1-2 business days for report to
    be completed
  • Report may be faxed to an associate of the person
    who applied

Once Property Has Closed
  • A notification of ownership change will be sent
    to JCED from Record of Deeds
  • System-Use Permit will be mailed to new owner, if
    already purchased, or
  • New owner must contact JCED to purchase SUP for
    25.00
