after the school year ends. - As summer recruitment begins, visit your current
student.

are going out-of-the country. - Send a letter three weeks before school starts.

- As a staff, you may want to choose a theme for
the school year. - Academies should bring in their student officers
early. - Prepare your school and classroom.

- First Day is the most important day of the year.
- You set the tone for the entire school year on
the first day. - Be ready to greet your students and parents on
the first day.

- Have a grand welcome to welcome back students and
staff. - Have a special hot lunch that day.
