  • We are using ZnO nanowires grown from aqueous
    solution of methenamine and zinc nitrate at Tlt100
    oC as the wide band gap semiconductor in dye
    sensitized solar cells.
  • NNIN facilities are used to characterize the ZnO
    nanowires and NFC is used to fabricate the solar
    cell electrode contacts.
