List the efforts that you make to ensure that
their transaction will go smoothly and
efficiently. Your guarantee of action or
performance is an integral part of your
preparation. It should include examples of tasks
you will do to market your sellers' property in
the marketplace. It may be personal to
particular sellers, or generic to all. It may
even include a promise of satisfactory service or
the ability of the sellers to cancel the listing.
This type of warranty will add credibility to
your listing presentation.

relation to anything that would interest a
