  • In September, 2003, Paul White contacted Solano
    Community College regarding their developing and
    providing an A.S. or A.A. Degree in Insurance
  • Paul provided a white paper demonstrating the
    need for such a major
  • In October, the California Community College
    Business Education Statewide Advisory Committee
    (BESAC) agreed to begin work on the project
