How Do I Take an Online Course?

Step One Admission

• Gain Admission to ASU-Beebe
• You can do this by applying online at
  www.asub.edu or by visiting our Admissions Office
  on campus
• If you have any questions, please contact
  Admissions

Step Two Academic Advising

• Once admitted, you will be assigned an Academic
  Advisor. This faculty or staff member is here to
  help you chart your academic path. Contact your
  advisor to discuss your course selections. He or
  she will clear you to register online.

Step Three Register

• You can register for your course online using our
  Campus Connect system.
• Follow the links from www.asub.edu to Campus
  Connect.
• Log in and register for the course that you wish
  to take.
• If that course is full, please keep watching for
  additional offerings.

Step Four Textbooks

• Once enrolled, you will need to purchase
  textbooks for your courses.
• Visit the ASU-Beebe bookstore in the Student
  Center on campus.
• Shop for your books in the online bookstore found
  at www.asub.edu.

Step Five Orientation

• To get started with your online course, we offer
  two services to assist
• You can order an Online Orientation CD that will
  help you get started with your online course.
• Check the Distance Learning Website for dates and
  times for live Online Orientation workshops in
  Beebe and Heber Springs
• Online Orientation is VOLUNTARY.

Step Six Log In

• On the first day of the term, please go to the
  WebCT login page, http//asubwebct.asub.edu, and
  log in. Go directly to your course and get
  underway.
