    SUN.
  • SECOND LEVEL (DOWNFIELD) PHYSICAL BLOCKING WITH
    GREAT EFFORT.
  • USE COUNTER AND REVERSE ACTION TO DESTROY
    PURSUIT.
  • GREAT PLAY-ACTION PASSING WITH A RUN-PASS-OPTION.
  • THROW AND CATCH ON THE RUN.
  • BLOCK AGGRESSIVELY ON PASSING PLAYS.
  • COACHES MUST COACH REPETITION AND PLAYERS MUST
    ACCEPT REPETITION WITH ENTHUSIASM.

36 27 KEEP OUTWhen the secondary rushes to
help in the Off-Tackle hole, we run the QB Keep

stretch the defense and open up the inside
running game.

  • THESE FIVE PLAYS ARE THE BACKBONE OF THE OLIVET
POWER-T. WE HAVE A FEW BLOCKING SCHEME
ADJUSTMENTS AND BACKFIELD ACTIONS THAT WE USE
    WITH EACH OF THEM.
  • IN ADDITION WE ALSO RUN BUCK POWER SWEEP TO GET
OUTSIDE OF DEFENSES INTENT ON STOPPING OUR
    OFFENSE BETWEEN THE TACKLES.
  • THE JET SERIES FROM DOUBLE WING HAS ALSO BEEN A
GREAT PART OF THE OLIVET POWER-T RUN GAME.
  • THE MAJORITY OF OUR PASSING GAME IS ACTION
PASSING WITH A RUN-PASS OPTION FOR OUR QB. THIS
HAS ALSO PUTS A GREAT STRESS ON DEFENSES AND
HELPS SET UP THE RUNNING GAME.
