Conclusion

• The initial offering of Streaming Media Services
  is still in its infancy.
• The implementation high performance Encoding and
  Delivery servers utilizing readily available
  Microsoft software accompanied by ancillary video
  capturing hardware and software help keep costs
  manageable.
• The offering of Streaming Media Services is being
  well received by College faculty.
• Demands for both video capturing and streaming
  services continues to grow.
• Additional streaming services are needed in the
  future to support other popular media players
  e.g., Real Player QuickTime.
