EdPort Modules
EdPort is the default homepage for your EdSuite
user account. Some of the modules that appear in
EdPort cannot be deleted ie My Teams - You will
automatically be listed as a member of some
Teams. These have been automatically generated
based on your User profile. You can also create
your own teams. My Announcements, My Calendar
My Tasks content is generated by the Team
Manager/s My Quotas - These figures are useful
in letting you track your EdSuite usage (and
ensuring you don't run out)

Personal Information - Lets you add a
personalised signature to the bottom of the
emails you send. You may wish to include your job
title and contact details. Folder Preferences -
These settings change the way your folders are
displayed and manipulated. Mail Forwarding
Options - You may forward your incoming mail to
other email addresses by using this
option. SpellChecker Options - You can store
words in your personal dictionary Message
Highlighting - Based upon given criteria,
incoming messages can have different background
colours in the message list. Address Groups - You
can create address groups and add email addresses
from your address book Blocked Senders List -
View, edit and add to the email addresses you
want blocked

numerous categories. You can choose to either
block or unblock these categories. Adults
