  • Every Gerund ends with an ing, but keep in mind
    that all present participles end with -ing as
    well.
  • Gerunds work as nouns.
  • Because of this gerunds will be subjects, subject
    complements, direct objects, indirect objects,
    predicate nominatives, objects of prepositions,
    and objects of infinitives
