  General industry survey targeting BPO industry in
  Manila. By joining the survey, participants are
  provided with complimentary report which reveals
  Total Guaranteed Pay for all benchmark positions
  as well as benefits prevalence for the
  Philippines market. Participation is free and
  each company has Hewitt's full support in the job
  matching and data collection process.

• Labor Bills BPAP has drafted a bill amending
  the night work provision or Art 130-131 of the
  Labor Code exempting permanently our industry
  from this provision (for adoption by the House
  Committee on Labor as a committee bill). BPAP is
  also drafting a position on wage increase. QT
  assisting BPAP to consolidate all proposed
  amendments to Labor Code
• IPR and Data Privacy Bills BPAP ED Cathy Ileto
  Govt Committee have submitted its position on
  the Data Privacy Bill sponsored by Congresswoman

• Exploring bi-monthly vs quarterly issues to
  capture industry dynamism
• Membership strategy proactively invite companies
  that could contribute a lot of value to support
  the BPA/P mission. BPA/P is not about just
  increasing the number of members but in building
  industry-member relations that are mutually
  valuable.
• New Committee are welcome! Interested members may
  contact Nette Roselo.  The Committee meets every
  second Wednesday of the month at 5 p.m. at
  BPA/P.
