- Labor Bills BPAP has drafted a bill amending
the night work provision or Art 130-131 of the
Labor Code exempting permanently our industry
from this provision (for adoption by the House
Committee on Labor as a committee bill). BPAP is
also drafting a position on wage increase. QT
assisting BPAP to consolidate all proposed
amendments to Labor Code - IPR and Data Privacy Bills BPAP ED Cathy Ileto
Govt Committee have submitted its position on
the Data Privacy Bill sponsored by Congresswoman
