To raise significantly the literacy and numeracy
levels of children and young people in order to
prevent crime and re-offending

- Success in one area, and the enthusiasm it
engenders, can transfer across to other areas of
learning. The impact on self-esteem has been
remarkable. Its been fascinating to witness the
young peoples engagement in practical tasks and
to see them recognise they CAN learn and are GOOD
