Housing Privatization - Update
  • Currently delayed due to Financial market
    conditions nationwide
  • The Landings at Beale is still here!
  • Community Director Mrs. Mary Knight
  • Lease signing is on-going at their office on base
    at 4547 Grand Way
  • All residents must have a signed lease at time of
    deal closure
  • Lease and Handbook can be reviewed at
    www.beale.pinnaclefamilyhousing.com
  • Estimated closure date Summer 2008

Current Housing Policy
  • Until the privatization transaction is closed,
    all current housing policies are still in effect
  • Yard inspections will continue every Tuesday
  • Notify the Housing Flight at 634-2792/3/4 if
    deploying
  • Still required to arrange for care however,
    notices are handled differently to ensure proper
    notifications
  • Parking at vacant units
  • Only with written waiver and agreement to
    maintain yard
  • The new Grounds Maintenance Contractor will start
    in the housing area next week
  • 150 vacant yards per week
  • Continue to call Chugach Housing Maintenance for
    service calls at 788-0241
  • If your Address-O-Lite is burnt out, call for
    sensor replacement

    units

  • Facilities Section is very minimally manned
  • Contact the Housing Flight early to schedule
    inspections if vacating this summer
