What is SAT?
  • SAT stands for Scholastic Assessment Test,
    including
  • SAT I Reasoning Test
  • SAT II Subject Tests
  • One-hour test
  • Primarily multiple-choice
  • Measure knowledge of particular subjects and
    ability to apply that knowledge.
  • Not required in university admission

SAT I Reasoning Test
  • Three-hour, pen-and-pencil test
  • Seven-section, Primarily multiple-choice
    questions
  • Measures verbal and mathematical reasoning
    abilities.
  • Verbal sections consist of tests in Sentence
    Completion, Analogies and Critical Reading.
  • Maths Sections consist of Quantitative
    Comparisons, Multiple-Choice as well as
    Student-Produced Answers.
