Chairs/ADs OSPF Wireless Design Points

• OSPFv3 Wireless Extensions MUST be compatible
  with existing OSPFv3.
• Extensions SHOULD be limited to wireless
  interfaces (or areas if that is the chosen
  segregation)
• As mush as possible, the extensions SHOULD be a
  tower of functionality on top of OSPFv3. That
  is, we shouldnt change base mechanisms when
  unnecessary.
• Prefer solutions NOT encumbered by IPR (RFC 3668
  Section 8)
