What is the PASTG?

• The PASTG serves the Midwest Area Directors in an
  advisory capacity and provides guidance and
  support to office professionals through
  networking, training, mentoring and acknowledging
  their value as team members.

MWA Secretary Meetings

• Held every three years
• General sessions on Hot Issues
• Breakout sessions focus on individual needs
• Provide networking opportunities

Location Support Program

• During office support vacancies or extended
  absences
• Duties shared between one or more secretaries
• Can volunteer for specific SY or specific task
• Opportunities for volunteers!

Training

• Held at least once a year or as needed
• Includes overview of ARIS, TRVL and basic
  processes
• Opportunities for volunteers!

Mentoring

• Vital to unit / location
• One year commitment
• Can include site visits as needed
• Opportunities for volunteers!
