2Introduction
- This year a man from China bought some eggs that
can bounce after being cooked, which human think
it is because of human artificial. - But scientist found out that these eggs do not
contain any chemicals. - Eggs experienced cold weather and bumpy roads
during their travel to the markets from farms on
trucks. - So we follow the procedure of the real bouncy
eggs which is freezing, vibrating and boiling.
3Objectives
- To test whether bouncy egg is artificial or it is
really made by human reaction. - To see if the egg yolk really bounce.
4Procedures of making bouncy egg(1)
- Put the eggs into the freezer for 12 hours under
- -19 degree

19Conclusion1
- 1.Colour of bouncy egg after freezing ,and
vibrating have lighter than normal egg. - 2.After freezingvibrating, a bouncy egg yolk can
bounce 60cm. - 3.Egg yolk with freezing or vibration only can
also bounce but with shorter distance, such as B
and C. - 4.We believed that the bouncy egg is formed by
the mixing of egg white and egg yolk during
freezing and vibrating

5.Since the egg white mix with the egg yolk ,the
egg yolks colour will change lighter and the
shape became weird and more bouncy after
freezing vibrating boiling. 6.The fake
eggs(bouncy egg) that some people thought is not
artificial. 7.But we dont think it is safe to
eat since the protein inside the egg might have
been change while freezing and vibrating
