NEVER taste anything in the laboratory unless
instructed to do so by the teacher!

ALWAYS assume that hot plates are hot and
materials on a hot plate are hot!

clear of the circuit elements when turning on a
circuit.

Do not become part of your electrical circuit!

When lifting a heavy object, use your legs. Do
not bend over and pick it up with your back
muscles.

the instructor, whenever working with hot
liquids
