• TCP Performance over Asymmetric Links document
• History
• Initial draft documenting issues and proposed
  solutions developed in Sept 1999
• Some concerns were expressed that link
  asymmetries were not severe enough to merit
  working group attention
• Long period of languish
• draft-ietf-pilc-asym-02.txt contains cleanup and
  some clarification
• Expecting new version after IETF with additional
  authors
• Will be asking for consensus on list whether to
  proceed with doc following next update
