• Cffe mainly work in the City of Sheffield but do
  provide funding to organisations across the
  region of South Yorkshire.
• CFFE directly employ 30 people. Within the Jobnet
  network we fund another 60 posts.

• Jobnet (Hireability)
• Provides community based recruitment services
  targeted at the unemployed and economically
  inactive matching peoples skills to good
  quality, sustainable jobs.
• Transitional Labour Markets (Employability)
• Transitional Labour Market opportunities provide
  a bridge between those suffering worklessness and
  into unsupported employment.
• For those most distant from the labour market.
• Raising aspiration among poor/disadvantaged
  communities around self employment.

• Linked to the City strategy on older people.
• Increase numbers of clients 50 looking to
  re-enter the labour market.
• Responsible for the Citys welfare to work
  strategy on incapacity benefit.

• Current Success (Jobnet TLM)
• In the last 18 months
• 750 Successfully found full time employment.
• 3000 People engaged and registered.
• 16 local labour agencies established with
  outreach.
• Created 941 ILM jobs
• Achieved 426 into post
• Achieved 36 of participants from Black Ethnic
  Minority Communities.
• Achieved 50 of disabled participants into
  employment.
