Educational Supervisor (ES)

• An ES is a trainer who is selected and
  appropriately trained to be responsible for the
  overall supervision and management of a specified
  trainees educational progress during a placement
  or series of placements

  specified trainees clinical work and provide
  constructive feedback during a training
  placement
• in some schemes the role of ES and CS merge
