TESTING THE PROGRAMME
This program focuses on the fundamental change
processes which are essential elements in the
development of individuals to think strategically
and creatively in a team environment. It shows a
possible approach and concepts which initiate the
analysis process towards improving mechanism
within the organization, which is easily
understood and applied. This program is practical
and addresses the issues faced within the
organization and helps to steer it towards a
process of continuous improvements by means of
effective supervision and business management.
TESTING THE PROGRAMME
In order to maximize the take away for your
organization, we would like you to prepare a
30-min presentation on one of your most burning
areas of concern. The moderators offer the
opportunity to discuss ways how to address the
situation and drive changes towards a permanent
solution.

Senior Management of organization, for instance
Head of Departments, General Manager and etc.

Business Academy, Hamburg, Germany. 26 years
senior management experience in the ITC sector,
retail management and implementation consulting.

to local and multinational companies for instance
in retail ,hospitality, airlines, manufacturing
and in the health industry in Europe and
Southeast Asia.
Meor Zainuddin Mohamad, (Managing Director,
Capital Edge Consulting Sdn Bhd), BSc from
IIIinois, U.S.A. Experienced Project Director in
change management, performance improvement and
implementation consulting. He has worked for 25
years with various companies in Southeast-Asia in
senior management positions, specifically in
management consulting, manufacturing industries,
investment holdings and maintenance services.

COURSE FEES
The programme will be conducted at your premises.
You only pay facilitation fees as follows Course
Fees (Course Materials Included)- Per person
RM800.00 (per participant) (minimum of 5, up to 7
participants) RM700.00 (per participant)
(between 8-15 participants) The above fees are
applicable for the Klang Valley area. Any
outstation training, client shall pay for
travelling, if any.
