Role of NCO
  • Familiarisation with Children First and Our Duty

  • Liaise with all clubs to examine rules

  • Encourage clubs to give young people a voice in
    the running of the club (participating in the
    Youth Leader programme)

    transfers
  • Assist in the development of a system of record
    keeping which maintains confidentiality while
    allowing for appropriate disclosure
  • Ensure that the executive reviews the IHA Code
    regularly
