  • It is good practice at the completion of any
    contract to review and place on record what went
    well and what lessons can be learned for any
    future contracts.
  • In the case of high value contracts where the
    contract is of a complex nature i.e.
  • Consultancy contracts, there should be a formal
    post project assessment covering all key aspects
    of the procurement. This should include the
    following
  • The outcome of the project
  • The extent to which the expected benefits
    (deliverables) were achieved
  • The total cost (including full economic cost of
    in-house staff engaged on
  • the project).
