3Course Information
- To enrol in a course simply email details of your
order, the course, date and person attending to

- Full day courses cost 600.00 (plus GST). Lunch,
morning tea and afternoon tea are provided.
Course times are 900am until completion,
generally 4.30pm. - Â
- Half day courses cost 450.00 (plus GST) and
commence at 1000am for morning courses or 2.00pm
for afternoon courses unless otherwise stated. - Morning or afternoon tea will be provided.

- Cancellation will be charged at 50 of the cost
of the course, unless 1 weeks notice is given. - Â
- Each course needs at least 4 attendees and is

5 Interim Rating and Valuation Reconciliations Thi
s new half day course will cover all aspects of
interim rating and valuation reconciliations. It
will be based on the PGOLD release 1_03 and will
cover the new facilities of overriding the
adjustment amount calculated on interim charges.
6- Cashier Course
- Whether your main task is to enter receipt
details, occasionally relieve the cashier or
administer Rates you will find this course very
interesting. This half day course extensively
covers all aspect of receipting. Included in
this course is - Standard code settings
- Hands on examples of receipt input, ranging from
rating to animal registrations. - Extensive explanation of allocation rules used
for rating. - Bank download of payments.
- Cancelling receipts or batches.
- Realloaction of receipts.
- Reporting and display functions.
- If you find you are spending a lot of time
unallocating and reallocating rating receipts, or
manually giving rebates or discounts, this half

7- GST Training
- This half day course was offered when GST was
first introduced. We - are now running this course again as some
organisations are having - difficulty reconciling their GST for BAS. This
course will cover how - details need to be entered so that the reporting
programs can correctly - identify GST and hence make the reporting of GST
so much easier for - the compilation of the Business Activity
Statement.
8- Accounts Payable
- What could be involved in paying an account?
After all you just enter the invoice and issue a

9- Accounts Receivable
- This half day course is designed for people who
have to control the recovery of your debts. The
time taken to control revenue from sundry debtors

- This half day course will show how to effectively
control installment plans. - Three different installment systems that can
operate in conjunction with each other. Find out

18- SQL ODBC
- This half day course takes enquiry languages one
step further than ACCESS. Structured Query
Language (SQL) and Open Database Connectivity
(ODBC) allows for data to be extracted from
LOGIS/PGOLD to be used in Crystal Reporting,
Excel, Word or any other ODBC compliant reporting
package. Once this skill is mastered you can
generate whatever report you like from the data
in LOGIS/PGOLD, the only limitation is your
imagination.
19- Budget
- Find out how to use the LOGIS system to generate
your budgets. Whether you prefer the LOGIS
Worksheets or using Excel this half day course
will show you how to update the LOGIS system.
