• Open Joint-stock company Trade Finance Bank
  Kontrakt is a legal successor of the bank
  Antares registered on the 18th of May, 1993.
• The Central office of the Bank Kontrakt is
  situated in the historic part of Kiev to the
  address 01025, Kiev, 58, Vozdvyzhenska Street.
• The key shareholders of the Bank Kontrakt are
  the enterprises of W.J.Group structure (one of
  the largest exporters and processors of grain and
  oil plants of the CIS and Eastern Europe
  countries). and is a supporting Bank for holding
  companies operating on the territory of Ukraine.

• The Bank has passed several stages in the
  process of its development. The current stage,
  which goes back to 2002, is characterized by
  conduct of the client-oriented policy, which
  serves as the basis for the banks prospective
  development in accordance with the accepted
  mission and strategy. This was the reason for
  renaming of the bank Antares to the Trade
  Finance Bank Kontrakt.
• In July 2005, the Bank Kontrakt moved to its
  own office, placed in the historic center of Kiev
  in the vicinity of Andreevskiy Spusk, at the
  address 58 Vozdvyzhenska str. That very year the
  Banking and Consulting Group Kontrakt was
  formed.
• The effectiveness of the banks operation in
  years 2004-2006 is reflected in the financial
  measures.
